During parts of 2024 and 2025, many emails sent to my "@WordsMatterESW" email addresses were lost due to an administrative issue with the website.

That issue has been resolved and emails should be getting through now. My intention is to respond to contact emails and requests for information within two business days. 
 
Below are updated ways to get in touch with me. In general, if one method does not get a response within a few business days, I would suggest reaching out to me using a different option. I promise, I'm not intentionally ignoring you.
